• Mr. Malik Oraikat is responsible for planning, developing , implementing and updating effective accounting programs and strategies, policies and procedures to comply with the Company goal and to ensure excellent delivery of insurance services, develop and enhance Preparing Annual Budget, forecasting trends and cost controls for each department. Monitoring budgets and comparing them with actual cost and revenues related to production, marketing and capital, he also works in developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage, cash flows, ratios and any other special analysis required, he also establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping.
